Arrive 15 minutes before your very first class so we can show you around and get you set up. The studio opens 15 minutes before most classes (five minutes before reformer classes) and closes 15 minutes after. Our classes start on time and there is no late entry! Please follow parking instructions and consider a short 100m walk a warm up to your class:
Butler: Only in front of The Studio, in spots across driveway, or on the road.
East Vic Park: Only in front of The Studio, or in free public carpark behind Red Rooster building next door.
Joondalup: Only in front of The Studio or spaces NOT in front of other businesses, on the road or roads close by.
The room is hot for most of our classes. You will be too. Wear something that is comfortable, light, and you’re happy to sweat through. If you’re coming to Reformer Pilates classes simply something you can move in is perfect attire. For Yin and Yin Sound Bath, comfortable clothing is all you’ll need. BYO towel, a water bottle, and a yoga mat for all mat classes. If you’re coming to Reformer Pilates, please bring socks (grip socks available to hire/purchase)

You can also purchase one-off classes and packs online if that’s more to your taste. It’s also important to note that bookings are essential for reformer classes and you need to cancel online if you can’t attend.
If you have put yourself on a waitlist this means you want to attend a class, and most times you will get in. Please ensure you have your notifications set to receive text messages as this is how your confirmation is done. If waiting for an early morning class it is your responsibility to wake up early enough to check if you have been added, otherwise please take yourself off the waitlist the night before. If you are added to a class and do not reply to the text message, your spot in the class is held which means you are attending. We are not responsible if you miss your notifications.
