Beau started practicing hot yoga is 2012. He remembers his first class was torture, the heat, the humidity, his body was tight, it was all bad. Even the room was too smelly for him. He literally vowed never to return again. But several years later he returned and it was the right time for his practice to develop.
From there yoga changed his life. Life as a lawyer had made him anxious but yoga gave his mind a way to switch off. And he embraced the physical challenge of the practice too. Beau went on to compete in the 2014 World Yoga Asana Championship and felt the next step was a teacher training. And he completed his training with the Raja Yoga Academy in May of 2016. Beau hopes to help others discover the therapy and healing power of yoga.
