The contracted term of the Mat or Reformer + Mat Unlimited Autopay (Weekly) Memberships is 12 weeks. It cannot be cancelled before 12 weeks for any reason. The term of the Unlimited Autopay (Weekly) Membership commences on the date that it is purchased, or such other date as set by you.
After the 12 week contracted period ends, the Unlimited Autopay (Weekly) Membership will continue weekly until you advise The Studio Perth via email that you wish to cancel. Seven (7) days from email date is required to process the cancellation. The payment following the 7 days notice will cease and membership terminates. Any discount promocodes cannot be used again.
The Mat Weekly Unlimited (Cancel Anytime) & Reformer + Mat Weekly Unlimited (Cancel Anytime) are week-to-week, NO CONTRACT memberships that can only be signed up and cancelled by you. This can only be done online via the website/Mindbody (not via TSP app)

A maximum of two (2) suspensions per 12 months for a maximum of 30 days. All requests for suspensions MUST be made via email.
There are NO back dated or historical suspensions allowed and please give 3 days notice before the start date of your requested suspension.
Membership fees will be charged to your nominated credit card or bank account on a weekly basis via a third party transactor, Ezidebit, Newstead Qld. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available. If any amount payable for your membership is not paid on the due date, access may be suspended until payments are up to date.
Payments via a credit card have four attempts and if declined a charge of $7 is applied. Payments via direct debit have one attempt before this charge is applied. The Studio Perth has no control over charges by Ezidebit for declined transactions.
